Carousel Maintenance Details Supplementary Manual
I. Daily Inspection Strengthening
Fasteners and Safety Devices
Check screws, door locks and seat belt buckles before opening every day.
Focus on strengthening seat connections and rotating platform brackets.
In-depth inspection of electrical system

Test the sensitivity of controller buttons every month to eliminate poor contact.
Check whether the signal sensor is blocked by dust and clean it in time.
II. Cleaning and Surface Treatment Optimization
Fiberglass and fuselage
Stubborn stains can be diluted with neutral detergent and gently wiped.
Fiberglass parts are polished with car polish wax every week to prevent oxidation.
Rust prevention of metal parts
Wipe the steel frame dry immediately after rain and spray the anti-rust protective layer.
Clean the oil stains on the outside of the gearbox with alcohol cotton pads to avoid corrosion.
III. Refinement of lubrication and mechanical maintenance
Lubrication cycle adjustment
Replace the reduction gearbox lubricant within 2 months after the first operation.
Shorten the gear lubrication interval to once every 3 days in high temperature seasons.
Transmission component monitoring
Monitor whether there is a “clicking” sound when the chain is running.
After adjusting the belt tightness, test the idling for 3 minutes.
IV. Special maintenance of electrical system

Motor and brake
Disassemble the motor fan blades for dust removal every quarter to prevent overheating.
Brake pads must be replaced when the thickness is less than 2mm.
Emergency power supply test
Simulate power failure every month to verify the startup speed of the backup power supply.
The battery pack is deeply discharged and then fully charged every six months.
V. Environmental adaptability maintenance
Rainy season protection
Install a waterproof cover on the gearbox and apply sealant to the motor interface.
Check whether the drainage hole of the bearing seat is blocked after rain.
Winter maintenance
Stop the hydraulic system below zero and drain the residual liquid.
Wrap the rubber tire with insulation film to prevent hardening and cracking.
